Connect your sending domain and set up API or SMTP providers.

Launch your first campaign
Create a list, craft a campaign and hit send.
Welcome! Follow the steps below to start sending Email, SMS, and Voice campaigns easily.
1. Register & Login
- Sign up on the registration page.
- Verify your email address.
- Login to your customer portal.
2. Fund Your Wallet
- Go to Wallet → Add Funds.
- Choose payment method (Paystack / Bank Transfer).
- Paystack: Enter amount → Pay instantly → Balance updates automatically.
- Bank Transfer: Submit transfer details → Wait for admin approval.
3. Add Subscribers
- Go to Lists → Create New List.
- Fill in list details (name, description, defaults).
- Import subscribers via CSV or add manually.
4. Create a Sending Domain (Optional but Recommended)
- Go to Sending Domains → Create New.
- Enter your domain name.
- Add DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for better deliverability.
5. Send a Campaign
- Go to Campaigns → Create New.
- Choose campaign type (Regular, Autoresponder, etc.).
- Select your list, write subject & content.
- Review and send.
- Cost is deducted automatically from your wallet based on unit pricing.
6. Monitor & Track
- Dashboard: View wallet balance, campaigns, and subscribers.
- Wallet → Transactions: View all charges and top-ups.
- Wallet → Report: Download PDF statement.
- Campaigns: Track delivery, opens, clicks, and bounces.

Important Rules
- No balance = No sending. Campaigns require sufficient wallet funds.
- Top up anytime via Paystack (instant) or Bank Transfer (admin approval).
- Always check your wallet balance before sending large campaigns.
- Transaction history shows every charge with before/after balances.
